1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Certain products (e.g., earbuds, personal wearables) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return address (depending on the supplier).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days after item receipt.
- If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please email us photos/videos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund depending on supplier policy.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
